•                      City Year, Inc: 1) Lead team in design of evaluation of school services program for national youth service program. 2) Facilitated process leading to funding of a large scale impact study, including development of a theory of change, grant and RFP preparation, and selection of finalists.

•                      National Chief Resident Immersion Training in Geriatrics: Design and conduct evaluation for multi-site program in geriatrics for chief residents at different institutions

•                      Boston University Medical Center: Design and conduct evaluation multi-year evaluations of resident, fellowship and practicing physician programs in geriatrics, substance abuse, and family medicine. Conducted staff satisfaction study.

•                      Wheaton College: 1) Design tools to evaluate a summer program in literary and cultural studies for students of color. 2) Conducted formative evaluation of “Connections” curriculum.

•                      Practicing Physician Education Project: Conducted research to inform planning for project involving “tool kits” to improve physician practice in the care of older patients.

•                      Brown University: Conducted comprehensive evaluation of the Undergraduate Teaching and Research Assistantship program.

•                      Cambridge Health Alliance: Consulted to an internal project evaluation department.

•                      National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship: Provided in-depth consultation and advising on strategies for documentation and evaluation of organization serving middle/high school students; assisted in writing of successful large-scale funding proposals.

•                      Northern Essex Community College: Designed and led faculty/staff workshops on developing and assessing learning outcomes; coached pilot teams; created structured, task-based manual.

•                      Cristo Rey Network: Developed and guided implementation of a holistic learning outcomes model for expanding national network of Catholic college preparatory high schools with a work component, for inner city youth: (under auspices of Race & Associates, Ltd.).

•                      TERC: Conducted formative evaluation of EMPower, a four-year NSF-funded reform-based mathematics curriculum project for adults preparing for the GED.

•                      Teachers Academy for Mathematics and Science: Documented/evaluated effective practices related to program design, staffing, expansion, and policy impact, for reform-based K-8 staff development institute.

•                      Brandeis University: Evaluated three-year campus demonstration project on inter-group relations.
